Day 4 - Happy Father's Day

The day started out bright and early.. Still not missing anything from Singapore yet.. kay kay.. if you guys want me to say it.. yes.. I missed my friends.. Aww... tsk tsk.. hehe.. Anyway.. I was up at 5 oclock.. din get a good night sleep.. Door was banging slightly.. cos of an open window along the corridor.. I gave up and finally put my lil bag in the middle of it to stop any noise..

I saw the sun was rising.. and I go out and took some pictures.. I think I only got one or 2 nice shots... Got one of a sunflower.. it was kinda the dark.. so the exposure was about 1 sec.. I spun the camera around on the tripod.. and I got a pretty cool image with the whole thing swirling arnd with the sunflower seeds centered... haha.. can imagine the picture guys?? anyway.. I went inside.. talked to STeve.. ate breakfast.. changed into my "Sunday Best" haha.. Yes!! I'm going to church!! haahaa.. Mum's gonna be happy.. Did I mention that this is a Presbertarian Family?? What a coincidence aey? So we drove to his mum's place to pick Sam and Anna up.. and we proceeded to the church.. pretty nice church.. But I couldn't quite say the same for the sermon thou.. I thought the pastor was seriously lacking. Just don't have the UMPH! sunday School followed.... There was this particular comment that STuck to my head..

"Satan is stupid because.. he knows that he will be suffering eternal hell when judgement days come.. and yet he is still luring people to sin and go against God."

Then I'm thinking...

"If that is the case.. then wouldn't we be stupid to be going for medical treatments all the time? Because if we are christians.. and we believe in God thy heavenly father. ANd those who believe in him shall have eternal life? Shouldn't we be telling the doctor to shove their medicines up their ass, cos I'm gonna die so that I can be with good and enjoy eternal life straight away instead of suffering now!"

Food for thought..

Anyway.. we came home for a nice big american hamburger lunch.. We were suppose to go boating on their big boat.. its an Express 30.. very neat boat. but.. turns out they were trying to change the brakepads on the utility vehicle..and one of the bolt wouldn't come out..and it stayed that way until a coupa hrs later!! screw the boat ride.. I'm going crabbing! ahha.. Sam and Anna showed me how to do crabbing and what is required.. We sorted out the trap.. fixed the baits.. and laid the trap.. when we got back o the first one.. WE GOT A CRAB!!! but its just a tad too small.. darnit.. gotta throw it away.. by the end of the day.. and 3 runs later.. we got 3 crabs and 1 fish.. gotta throw 2 crabs away cos its too small.. The last trip out.. we used a paddle boat.. cos the engine wouldn't work.. sigh.. hard work man! but anything for a nice butt. haa..

So.. after that.. more fixing of the car.. I went on the internet and made a suggestion for them to get some tool from else where. and it workeD! so.. we broke for dinner.. and then had a nice Steaky father's day dinner.. nice and homely..

Well.. its a tiring day.. We had fun.. and alot of new things today.. Tomorrow is gonna be the first day of camp... It should be a blast.. I duno what I am going to expect.. I just hope that everythin will be cool.. There will also be a JY 15 race.. Corey will be sailing wiht me.. I just hope to prove to Dave.. that Boat Speed.. AND Tactics.. MATTERS.. I dun wanan pressure myself too much to win him.. I just wanna have fun... but of course.. it has a certain amount of bearing.. Ok dokes... think I'm gonna go sleep now..
